Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on eligible orders over $130.
Selected bulky items may incur an additional shipping fee. Bulky item shipping becomes FREE on eligible orders over $250.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days during non-peak periods.
Please note that dispatch times may be slightly longer during sales events, public holidays, peak periods or severe weather disruptions.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — express shipping is available Australia-wide at checkout.
Express shipping speeds up the delivery timeframe once your parcel has been dispatched from our Queensland HQ.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, please contact our team and we’ll help investigate where possible.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
While delivery timeframes are estimated only, we’ll always do our best to assist if your parcel appears significantly delayed.
Once parcels are lodged with the courier, delivery handling and transit times are outside DoggyTopia’s direct control.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel and contents so our team can assist further.
Can parcels be left if nobody is home?
If Authority To Leave is selected, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location if deemed appropriate.
Please note that once marked as delivered, unattended parcels may not be eligible for replacement.
What happens if my parcel is marked as delivered but I can’t find it?
We recommend checking around your property, with household members or neighbours first.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact our team so we can assist with the next investigation steps through the courier / Aus Post network.
